Prices. The price for Products available for purchase through the Site will be displayed to you on the Site. The prices displayed do not include taxes. On all U.S. orders, any applicable taxes will be communicated to you before you place an order.
Payments. The Site currently uses third parties to process payments. Our third-party payment processors accept payments through various credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, as detailed on the applicable payment screen.
Order Acceptance. When you place an order on the Site, verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of the order. Prices and availability of products on the Sites are subject to change. ALVARO URIBE DESIGN reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any error, inaccuracy, or omission (including after an order has been submitted). ALVARO URIBE DESIGN reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
Shipping. When you place an order for Products through the Site, the Products will be shipped to the address you designate as the “Shipping Address” during the check-out process.
We ship within the United States via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipped products should arrive within 2 – 5 business days from the date that you receive tracking information.
We ship globally across various carriers with tracking information provided at the time of shipment. Typically, your order will deliver within 5 – 10 business days from the completion date of your product(s).
Please note that all international customers are responsible for any taxes, import duties or custom brokerage fees associated with their shipment. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient because we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary greatly among countries. We suggest contacting your local customs office for local requirements and information.All prices are listed in USD. We recommend checking the current exchange rate to get the best idea of what you will be charged.To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, consider the following:
Provide us with a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order. Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender. We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs. If you have not received your order within the time frame above, please reach us at email@example.com.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS; WARRANTY; DEFECTS; PROPER USE
If you believe you have received a defective product, please reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org to speak with someone from our team. We are happy to exchange your Product for a new one if you let us know of the defect within thirty (30) days of receiving it.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, ALVARO URIBE DESIGN disclaims all liability or injury arising from or in connection with: (a) a Product’s failure due to any defect or malfunction that is caused as a result of a Product’s misuse, (b) your failure to follow operating instructions (c) use of a Product with improper or faulty equipment, (d) negligence in connection with your use of a Product, (e) wear-and-tear from use of the Product over time, or (f) any device or element of a Product made by anyone other than ALVARO URIBE DESIGN.
Please be advised that certain Products have specific assembly and care instructions to work safely and properly. In some cases, assembly and care instructions will be delivered to you via email upon your purchase of a Product. In turn, you must provide a valid email address to receive this information. Please also note that Products are intended for decorative purposes, unless otherwise stated in the listing for the Product or the applicable assembly and care instructions. Products should not come into contact with electricity and should be kept away from heat. Unless otherwise stated on the site, materials other than porcelain are not food safe.
Returns. Due to the custom nature of our manufacturing process we are not able to offer returns. If you are returning your item due to a material defect, please reach us at email@example.com. and someone from our team will assist you.
GIFT AND OFFER CODES; GIFT CARDS
From time to time, ALVARO URIBE DESIGN may offer qualified consumers “gift codes” or “offer codes” through a variety of promotional activities and communications (collectively referred to herein as “offer codes”) that are redeemable towards a purchase on ALVARO URIBE DESIGN.com, while supplies last, and subject to certain merchandise exclusions or any other restrictions as may be determined and communicated by ALVARO URIBE DESIGN in its sole discretion. Only valid offer codes provided or promoted by ALVARO URIBE DESIGN will be honored at checkout. Codes supplied or promoted by third parties unauthorized by ALVARO URIBE DESIGN (including any unauthorized third party websites) will not be considered valid. Each offer code promoted by ALVARO URIBE DESIGN is non-transferable and valid for single use on an item (or items) of merchandise as determined by ALVARO URIBE DESIGN. Offer codes may not be combined and may not be used in conjunction with the ALVARO URIBE DESIGN Referral Program–customers are limited to the use of a single offer code per order. Offer codes cannot be used towards purchase of non-branded merchandise, packaging or applicable taxes. For online purchases, the code must be entered in the field at checkout. ALVARO URIBE DESIGN is not responsible for lost, stolen or corrupted codes or any unauthorized use of codes. Offer codes cannot be redeemed for cash or any cash equivalent; no substitutions or credits allowed. The dollar value of any offer code will not be refunded or credited back if any or all of the merchandise is returned. Expiry dates may apply to each offer code. Offer codes are void if copied, transferred, sold, exchanged or expired, and where prohibited. Requests not complying with all offer code requirements will not be honored.
Spokespeople. From time to time, ALVARO URIBE DESIGN may also engage spokespeople, influencers, bloggers, or other individuals or entities who have been compensated or incentivized to speak on behalf of the brand. When you receive an offer code via a third party source please note that such individuals may have been compensated by ALVARO URIBE DESIGN for their statements.
We work our hardest to create a product you will love! All items are double checked for flaws or damages before they are shipped to ensure you receive a perfect piece.However, if you are unsatisfied with your product, refunds, exchanges and store credit are available. The item must be in its original packaging in an unused condition and must be returned within 5 days of receipt in order to be eligible for return. Buyer assumes cost of return shipping.
Damages must be reported within 48 hours of package receipt- claims after that period will be considered at the sole discretion of the seller.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
RECEIVED GIFT (if applicable)
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you,you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
GIFT WRAP (if applicable)
Gift wrap packaging is not eligible for return. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and customer wants to return the product, customer will be entitled for return of the product cost, but not of the gift wrap.
USA sales are shipped via First Class or USPS Priority Mail (insurance for Priority Mail only) and should arrive within one week for First Class or 3 days for Priority. Orders under $30 will ship First Class unless otherwise notes.Expedited shipping is available upon request for an extra fee- please include this request in your checkout.
We also can ship worldwide, via USPS First Class Mail. Please allow 6-10 business days for delivery. Buyers outside of the US are responsible for any and all custom and VAT fees that may be assessed.
