Experience
I’ve had three key roles in my UX/UI design career.
As Head of Design at Outpave, I led a full overhaul of their desktop and mobile apps, creating user-centered interfaces for expense management.
As Lead Designer at Paperplane, I guided and collaborated with a diverse team to deliver responsive designs tailored to a wide range of clients—balancing business goals, creative appeal, and innovation.
And as CEO and Director at Aztro Marketplace, I built a multi-customer platform that introduced international design brands to the U.S. market, with a strong focus on user needs, conversion, and operational efficiency.

Outpave, Inc.
Outpave, Inc. / Expense Management SaaS Platform
TikTok Shop launched in the US and UK in late 2023 and while the reception was overwhelming, many customers were skeptical to try TikTok shop.This redesign was aimed to increase user trust in the products and the platform.
With over 21 experiments in 6 months, we successfully boosted the conversion by 45% and increased the average order value per user, resulting in big wins for the platform.

My role:
As design lead for product discovery, I was responsible for auditing and rebuilding user flows and key functionalities of the Desktop App which will be managed by business. ensuring that customers on TikTok can make informed buying decisions. I led the strategy defining how to position TikTok Shop to the western audience and worked with product leadership to land a vision for product discovery that focused on trust and delight.
Additionally, my role looked at building a robust engineering system to improve release and test efficiency by using design systems and unifying fragmented experiences.

Designing a dashboard to easily manage users, transactions, credit cards, and expenses.
