Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Portfolio Strategizing Lessons (Digital Services)

 

Portfolio strategy sessions are non-tangible, time-based services.

 

  • Cancellations:

    You may cancel or reschedule your session free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

    Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will be eligible for a 50% refund.

  • No-Shows & Completed Sessions:

    Once a session has taken place, no refunds will be issued, regardless of attendance.

  • Rescheduling:

    Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours in advance. Please email [Your Email] to coordinate changes.

 

 

2. Printed Artwork (Fulfilled via Printful)

 

All art prints are made to order and fulfilled by a third-party production partner (Printful).

 

  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:

    If you receive an item that is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

    Include clear photos of the product and packaging. We will initiate a replacement at no cost to you or, when necessary, offer a full refund.

  • Return Policy:

    As all prints are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size, or color selection. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

  • Shipping Times:

    Shipping times vary by destination and are subject to the terms and conditions of our fulfillment partner, Printful. Once an order is shipped, tracking information will be provided.

 

 

3. 3D Printed Products (In-House Production)

 

All 3D printed products are designed and fabricated in-house with high-quality materials and care.

 

  • Defective or Damaged Items:

    If your item arrives damaged or with a printing defect, please contact us within 15 days of the order date. Include photographs showing the issue.

     

    • We will issue a free replacement for defective items.

    • A prepaid return shipping label will be provided if the return of the item is necessary for replacement.

  • Returns:

    Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of these items, we do not accept returns for non-defective products. Please ensure you review product descriptions and specifications carefully before purchasing.

 

 

4. Digital Licenses (3D Print Files)

 

Purchases of digital files and 3D print licenses are final and non-refundable.

 

  • Personal Use License:

    Digital files are sold under a personal use license only. You may print these files for your own use but may not distribute, resell, share, or use them commercially in any form.

  • No Returns or Exchanges:

    Due to the nature of digital content, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on digital file purchases.

 

 

General Terms

 

  • Right to Refuse Service:

    We reserve the right to refuse future sales or fulfillments to any customer found to be in violation of these policies, licensing terms, or intellectual property rights.

  • Order Fulfillment:

    We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs clearance, or force majeure events. Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees.
