1. Grant of License

 

Upon purchase or download of a digital file from this website, the Licensor grants the purchaser (the “Licensee”) a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the file for personal, non-commercial use only.

 

This license is intended for individual use and does not authorize commercial exploitation or distribution of the file or any derivative works.

 

 

2. Permitted Uses

 

The Licensee may:

 

• Download and store the file on personal devices.

• Use the file to create physical objects through 3D printing or fabrication solely for personal use.

• Modify the file for personal use, as long as those modifications are not distributed or commercialized.

 

 

3. Prohibited Uses

 

The Licensee may not:

 

• Sell, resell, or commercially distribute the digital file, either in original or modified form.

• Share, transfer, upload, or otherwise distribute the file to third parties via any means, including file-sharing websites, forums, marketplaces, or cloud services.

• Use the file or any derivative works for client projects, advertising, marketing, or any business activity.

• Sell or distribute physical reproductions of the design, including through online platforms, craft fairs, or retail channels.

 

 

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

 

All digital files, including any modifications made by the Licensee, remain the intellectual property of the Licensor. This license does not transfer ownership of the design or file.

5. Enforcement

 

Any violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of the license and may result in legal action. The Licensor reserves the right to pursue damages and enforce intellectual property rights to the full extent of the law.

Furthermore, the Licensor reserves the right to refuse future sales or fulfillment of orders to any individual or entity found to be in violation of this licensing agreement, or reasonably suspected of unauthorized use or distribution of the digital files.

6. Commercial Use

By purchasing, downloading, or using any digital files from this website, the Licensee acknowledges and agrees to be bound by all terms and conditions outlined in this Personal Use License. If the Licensee does not agree to these terms, they must not purchase, download, or use the files in any way.
