Conveyor Experience, Digitally Reimagined
Sushi Belt is a digital ordering concept designed to bring the playful, interactive experience of conveyor belt sushi to any setting — from traditional restaurants to kiosks and airport terminals. Inspired by the joy of grabbing sushi off a moving belt, this solution transforms that experience into a sliding digital interface that lets users browse, learn about, and order sushi with a simple swipe.
The system features a shared screen mounted on a low-profile stand, designed to be accessible from both sides of a table without disrupting the dining experience. It encourages discovery through visual menus, ingredient insights, and real-time ordering, while also supporting seamless payment at the end of the meal.
This project reimagines the conveyor belt tradition through a modern, scalable format that keeps the experience engaging while improving space efficiency and accessibility. With thoughtful UX and a minimal footprint, Sushi Belt brings novelty and delight to sushi ordering — no actual conveyor needed.
