Service Description
This course is designed for beginners who are interested in learning SolidWorks, a 3D modeling software widely used in Industrial design. Throughout the course, students will learn the basics of creating 3D models. Class 1 - Understanding the user interface - Setting up the environment - Sketching in SolidWorks - Dimensioning and constraints Curse 2 - Modeling in SolidWorks: - Extruding - Revolving - Sweeping - Lofting Class 3 - Complex Lofts - Edit Features - Modifying Features Class 4 -Creating assembly models - Adding parts and mates - Exploded views No prior experience with SolidWorks is required, Students should have access to a computer with SolidWorks installed (a free trial version is available on the SolidWorks website). The course is designed to be completed in 10 hours. The course will run with a minimum of three students and a maximum of eight students. If the minimum number is not met, the course will be rescheduled.
