The collection was inspired by the Dandelion, a unique and beautiful flower whose pollen is exposed and shaped as small umbrellas. I interpreted this flower as a symbol of sharing because when its pollen flies away is like the flower gives a piece of itself. Hence when designing the stemware collection for Rosenthal, I tried to evoke the spirit of the Dandelion so that when in use, there was a feeling of sharing.
