REIMAGININGS EXPENSE MANAGEMENT
FOR OUTPAVE
OUTPAVE
Outpave is an expense management desktop and mobile application that helps businesses track expenses by issuing prepaid cards to employees and streamlining the scanning and compliance of expenditures. Based in Texas, Outpave is revolutionizing the industry by listening to users and creating a simplified system for expense management. For over a year, I served as Head of Design, leading all UX/UI efforts to enhance user experiences across desktop, mobile, and web platforms.
DISRUBTING A MARKET
Outpave is revolutionizing the construction and services industry with an all-in-one ecosystem of products that enable small to mid-sized businesses to manage expenses efficiently. In an industry where employers face numerous expenses, the ability to collect, manage, and learn from expenditures is crucial for growth. Based in Dallas, Texas, Outpave is at the forefront of this transformation.
TRACKING AND MANAIGN EXPENCE DATA
I lead the design development for Outpave's mobile app, which serves as a crucial touchpoint for employees on the go. The design prioritizes facilitating the primary goals of both the app and the business: capturing and managing expenses efficiently. The app consolidates all transactions made with Outpave prepaid credit cards and encourages users to adhere to company requirements, whether it's capturing receipts, categorizing transactions, or detailing attendees. With these objectives in mind, the app provides users with multiple access points to receipts and transactions, as well as various user flows to ensure compliance.
